Tina Koyanagi-Rosener
Studio-level strategist. Talent whisperer. Content builder.
Tina Koyanagi-Rosener built her instincts over 29 years in entertainment, leading social and content strategy at CBS Interactive and Paramount+ for titles including Criminal Minds, The Young and the Restless, the CSI and NCIS franchises, game and talk shows like The Price Is Right and The Talk.
Alongside that career, she spent a decade as founder and head photographer of Hanali Photography, shooting candid portraiture. That instinct for making people comfortable in front of a lens still shapes how she builds content today.
She is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Content Set, a social media company helping founders, coaches, and creators turn social attention into real growth. She co-founded the agency in 2025 with her longtime CBS colleague Dana Howbert, and her advisory work with ARC is a natural extension of that: helping founders and brands build content that performs long after the initial buzz fades.
Outside of client work, she runs a small foodie IG account for fun and never stops chasing the next craft project. She lives in Southern California, married with three kids, and is happiest planning a party, building a stunning charcuterie board, or figuring out what she wants to learn next.
