Krystal and Dedric Polite are a power couple on a mission to uplift their community while building a real estate empire out of North Carolina. They are also the newest edition to A&E's Homemade block with their own show 50/50 Flip. Both serial entrepreneurs at heart, Krystal and Dedric entered the real estate game soon after falling in love. It all started with a humble AirBnB rental, big dreams, and complementary business acumen that would serve as the foundation for future success. Dedric’s expertise in acquisitions, deal negotiation, dispositions, investor relations, social media marketing, and finance coupled with Krystal’s prowess in business management, motivated seller marketing, brand management, systems, vision and creativity have resulted in over 100 properties flipped since 2018. The Polite's know how to hustle, and this has caught the attention of peers, the public, and media outlets, such as People.com, Access Wire, and more. Krystal and Dedric have spoken at over 50 seminars for budding professionals, were featured in Anita and Ken Corsini’s Best Deal Ever, currently own and operate seven business entities plus a non-profit, and launched a new A&E series, 50/50 Flip in January of 2022. When Dedric and Krystal aren’t taking real estate by storm, they’re raising two young boys and inspiring others to build generational wealth, one investment at a time.
