Carter Oosterhouse is one of America’s most recognized lifestyle experts. He is best known for hosting many popular television series ranging from Trading Spaces, Carter Can, and Red Hot & Green to Million Dollar Rooms and Celebrity Motor Homes. Carter is the co-host of ABC’s hit primetime series special, The Great Christmas Light Fight, which aired its ninth season last November. Carter was most recently featured on two seasons of TLC's Trading Spaces reboot and is currently filming a project for Magnolia, where he is renovating his 100 year old barn. Outside of television, Carter is an authority in eco-living and spends much of his free time working with his non-profit, Carter’s Kids, where they construct safe, non-toxic playgrounds all across the US. Carter splits his time between Atlanta, GA, and Traverse City, MI with his wife, actress Amy Smart, and their three year old daughter, Flora.
