With over 20 years of experience leading brand strategy, monetization, and operational growth at media powerhouse Warner Bros. Discovery and consumer goods giant Unilever, Alana brings deep expertise in entertainment, e-commerce, digital platforms, and branded content.

As Executive Vice President at Warner Bros., Alana led brand development and monetization for the Unscripted Television portfolio. She was behind some of the industry’s most transformative brand ventures—from turning The Ellen DeGeneres Show into a $290MM+ multi-platform brand ecosystem, to launching the BEKIND Subscription Box and growing it to 60,000+ paying subscribers. Her work has earned her 14 major industry awards in branded entertainment, including four Clio Entertainment Awards, and recognition as one of Adweek’s Young Influentials.

In 2023, after thriving past cancer, Alana chose to reframe her journey and chart a more intentional path, one that reflects her values, amplifies her voice, and drives her vision for building with purpose.
