Ahyoung has over 20 years experience across creative and business disciplines. She brings ARC a unique point of view with her diverse experience in product design & development, e-commerce and marketing. Ahyoung started her career working as a designer at fashion brands and designing costumes for TV and film.
Her past roles include being VP of Product Development at SMK, the animation and consumer products company started by the Wayans brothers Shawn, Marlon, and Keenen Ivory Wayans. She designed characters, produced animated specials, and oversaw creative for all licensing and retail programs. Most notably, Ahyoung founded premium clothing brand Joah Love in 2008, which became a national selling brand across retailers all over North America. She shares her time between Los Angeles and Seattle and loves spending time with her family.
